Refund policy

At Kurta Wale, every product is quality-checked before dispatch. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Return / No Refund Policy

All orders are treated as final sale. We do not offer returns or refunds once the order has been delivered.

Return or refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Personal preference regarding fabric, fit, or finish
  • Minor differences in color, design, or appearance
  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers
  • Orders placed using store credits, gift cards, or promotional balances
2. Product Variation & Representation

Our products are inspired by showcased styles and are not official replicas or affiliated with any celebrity or brand.

Due to machine embroidery and standard production processes, slight variations in design, pattern placement, detailing, and finishing may occur.
Product color may also vary slightly due to lighting during photography and differences in screen displays.

The product delivered will closely resemble the images shown, but may not be an exact replica.

Such variations are inherent to production and do not qualify as defects or grounds for return, refund, or exchange.

3. Size Exchange Policy

We allow size exchange only for the same product, subject to stock availability.

  • Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact
  • A ₹249 return shipping fee is applicable
  • Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted

If the requested size is unavailable, the amount will be issued as store credit, valid for 30 days.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on select orders.

  • All COD orders are subject to verification via call, SMS, or WhatsApp
  • Unverified or suspicious orders may be cancelled without notice
Fraudulent / Non-Serious Orders

Orders will be classified as non-serious if the customer:

  • Refuses delivery
  • Provides incorrect address details
  • Is unavailable during delivery attempts

In such cases, Kurta Wale reserves the right to:

  • Block the customer from future COD orders
  • Allow future purchases only on prepaid basis
  • Cancel any subsequent orders without notice
Repeated RTO (Return to Origin)

Customers with multiple failed deliveries may be restricted from COD and allowed only prepaid orders.

Shipping Loss Recovery

Kurta Wale reserves the right to recover shipping and handling charges for failed COD orders due to customer fault.

Right to Limit COD

We reserve the right to disable COD for certain locations, high-value orders, or based on internal risk checks.

5. Damaged or Tampered Package

If the package appears opened, damaged, or tampered with at the time of delivery, do not accept the parcel.

Once the shipment is accepted, Kurta Wale will not be liable for any damage-related claims.

6. Order Cancellation & Modifications

Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or edited once they are placed and processed.

7. Sizing & Fit Disclaimer

Garment fit may vary depending on fabric, design, and stitching pattern. Some styles are intentionally relaxed, while others may be structured.

Customers are advised to refer to the size chart before ordering. Minor measurement variations may occur due to production tolerances.

8. Fabric & Usage Disclaimer

Slight variations in fabric texture, embroidery detailing, or minimal color bleeding may occur due to standard production and dyeing processes.

Customers must follow wash care instructions. Damage caused by improper washing or handling will not be considered a manufacturing defect.

9. Customer Acknowledgement

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy, including all terms related to product variation, no return/refund conditions, and COD rules.
